Problems With My Modem

Having the exact same problems as in this post https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/Superhub-2-Wifi-Issues/td-p/3797358 tried phoning virgin but not helpful at all.

try the advice on the other thread, that person purchased their own router and used the original in modem only mode, Many people say this is much better anyway. Either that or phone them again and tell them you think the router is faulty and request they replace it.

Just a Superhub 2 with VIVID 200
