Am having problems accessing O2 website from my Virginmedia wifi.
Am getting the following message on Chrome:
"This site can’t be reachedidentity.o2.co.uk took too long to respond."
I have tried several browsers, different devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad), all with same or similar problems. If I switch to another network (e.g. 3G) then there are no problems. So must be something specific that's blocked on Virgin?

Can you tell us if you're able to sign into your O2 account using a laptop or PC via Ethernet connection?
Are you able to sign into the O2 app using Virgin Media WiFi?
Would you both be able to attach an image of the error message please?
And lastly, please check the DNS server that you're using on your devices just in case.

Have tried both via wifi AND via Ethernet.
I'm currently out of the country so can't send the error message, but no problems accessing O2 from a US wifi!
