Setting up a 'fresh out the box' Canon Wireless Pixma TS6350 Printer and it can't find my Virgin Network although all the neighbours info is on there. I checked the forums and found the advice re splitting the 5 and 2.4 SSIDs on the router which I've done followed by the reset and then switched everything off and on again a couple of times. Still no luck. Help!
