Hi there

i have just placed my order for virgin media broadband yesterday, and was wondering how do I book a pre install survey, as the property is rented, so any digging or cabling routes will have be approved by the landlord

Hi there,

Normally these are booked on manually by an agent over the phone. They're normally booked on at the time of placing the order.

Have you been given your install date and account number?

If so you'll need to call customer services and request this to be arranged.

Yes i have received my account number and install date, what number do I have to ring to book the vist then?

No I wasn’t, the rep on the on the phone didn’t seem to understand me very well and that I wanted an pre install vist to discuss the external work as it would need to be given the go ahead by the landlord , and just said that the external would be carried out soon
