Tuning in

hi, I would like to return my virgin media PowerLine boosters (and have their additional cost removed from my bill). I have tried looking all over the virgin media website but cannot find a simple way of doing this. Please could some tell me/get in touch on how to return these.

if it helps I will be returning a hub soon as I have a new one being sent out as part of the virgin media equipment upgrade program.
