The power light on my router keeps changing from white to amber to red. It’s definitely not overheating. Any clues? Cannot get through to virgin media on the phone - very frustrating as working from home and need reliable WiFi. WiFi seems to work ok during this time but surely it’s not normal? Thanks
Hi. I have just tried that a couple of times and no joy. The hub won’t seem to reset fully as I am not asked to input any WiFi passwords into my devices once done - they still remember the WiFi. The light is also still red.
