Hi, The power light on our hub 3 is flashing green and there is no internet connection. Was working okay last night. TV still works okay. Have rebooted andcand all cable connections and service status is okay. Help!
Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to see you have had no internet due to the router just flashing, as it has been 2 days since your last post are you still having the same issue or has this now been resolved?
I have had a look our end and I can see a couple of your downstream power levels are out, I advise to check all your internal and if possible external connections are hand tight.
