Hi, i am getting very inconsistent connections.
When watching netflix or disney plus for example the quality keeps changing.
when gaming there is lag spikes.
is there something wrong with me power levels?

Theres been no packet loss for a few days, but last week had theres been packet loss. The only problem that this is giving me is the lag spikes i keep getting while gaming.

@legacy1 The upstream is the problem but who is to say downstream power level can't work at them levels? you?
The "insightful users" have been formally told by VM the operating ranges that the company consider normal. Added to that we see enough problems to know what works and what is usually associated with problems. In this case those downstream levels are miles outside the accepted range and would not be expected to work reliably. Either there's an area fault that should have a fix date, or the OP needs a technician to check the line and fit a new attenuator to bring the levels down.

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've had some issues with your connection.
I've had a look at things from our side and it does look like there is a power issue. It's something I'll need to arrange an engineer for.
