Power for ONU in fibre install

Hi all, I’m due to have fibre broadband installed in a few weeks and wondering about power requirements for the equipment. Can anyone who has had VM fibre installed recently advise how many socket they needed inside the house?

I’m wondering if the ONU (to convert optical to coaxial) in the box outside needs power from inside via a separate coax and a power injector or if it’s gets it’s power back-fed from the hub 5 via the single co-ax and therefore I only need to make one power socket available?

Thanks.

We are an RFoG area, 2 mains sockets are required for an internet service.

1 for the ONU PSU - this back feeds power down a single external coax

1 for the Hub's PSU.

Here are a few images of the bits involved ( ONU PSU,  RFoG Omni box, an ONU )

The image of the ONU is one found as an example.

Some day I'll open our OMNI box & inspect the workmanship and ingress of wildlife too !

Do you know for sure that it will be RFoG?
