Port forwarding not working (Hub 3.0) Port 7777

I've been trying to open up port 7777 -
my ipv4 is .100
I've tried factory resetting the router, port forwarding again, and then restarting the router, still nothing.
I'm checking the status with http://ismyportopen.com/

I've called up customer service, who directed me to the 'gadget repair' team - they said it'll cost me for them to do it, but advised me to reset the router and try again.

Anybody experience similar issues? Most replies online I've found have reported that factory resetting has helped them.

Cheers.

Re: Port forwarding not working (Hub 3.0) Port 7777

7777 is most likely an Unreal Engine game as that's the default port for that engine, so perhaps Killing Floor or something.

However that's 7777/UDP thus won't be able to be checked by a port checker online as those check TCP, UDP is a connectionless protocol so the only way to check it properly is to do so using the client intended to connect to it.
