Poor

Well I'm 4 days in to being a virgin customer and all I can say is bring back sky I still have no working broadband or TV after booking 4 weeks ago. The service from both call center and engineers is more than poor and I'm fed up to the back teeth with virgin already - any chance I can get out of contract ? Certainly not stuck to theirs! Would not recommend
