Sitting here 6ft away from my router whilst typing this post but I’m using my mobile signal because I can’t get anything from WiFi!!! Phoned virgin media today, and they said there wasn’t an issue just I have a lot of wireless devices connected (thought that was the point!) so I’m paying £84 a month for what???? Thinking of switching to BT as I am not getting any help from Virgin!!!

Really sorry you're having some issues with your WiFi recently, this ins't what we like to hear.
Have you had a look at our Virgin Media connect app to see if things improve? You can connect to the hub, run fault tests and scan the home for any troubled areas - this will allow you to order a booster if needed.
