My internet constantly isnt working, i have to ring them and keep getting hung up on, them tryin to sell me stuff i dont want, or being told to turn it on and off again, or left on hold for ages. Is this the normal quality of service as to me this seems a disgrace? I want to also find out how much it will cost me to cancel this garbage but their site is also rubbish and filled with dead links or ones that go no where

Let's assume you've posted on here seeking some help with your broadband service, and start by asking what the problems you're having, are?

The more detail you can give, the better help we can offer. When you say it "constantly isn't working", in what way? And are you using wired or wireless connections?

As a starter for six...

1: Let's get all your modem stats.. Goto to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) but don't log in. Click on "router status", and copy & paste the data from each of the tabs.

2: If you haven't already, please setup a Broadband Quality Monitor and post a link to your live graph. It monitors your connection 24/7 and provides excellent diagnosis of any underlying issues.

Yes calling VM is a nightmare, but most large companies are!

Cancellation is going to depend on your contract, you will either have to pay what you have left on it, or prove that they are in breach(will be difficult). Best to do your best to get your issue resolved and then see how you feel come the end of your minimum term. There is an automatic compensation thing but I'm not sure how that works
