Poor service from call centre and no one able to help
So over 3 days we have spent over 5 hours on calls with VM - on hold and returned to the beginning constantly.
Now transpires on the latest call that the formal complaint was not logged last week. So far the only compensation being offered, for all of this is £5,despite not having adequate broadband or on demand service for weeks! Absolutely shocking.

£5 may be reasonable depending on what the actual issue is/was.
