Poor service again from VM

What is going on with VM, last month service has been very poor, today poor internet service nothing will download on PC or mobile phones, this is on every device in the house.

broadband tests out okay through their site how very swell, we still have issues.

seriously considering moving providers and not care about the contract, this service is not fit for purpose

You having these problems on etherhnet cable connected devices or just wifi ones ?

On all the mobile devices, the PC seems slow but will manage to download

Can you test on a cable connected device?

what? its the mobile phones Android and iPhone will not download pictures etc

So your problem is purely on wifi devices and VM are delivering the service you are paying for to the Hub?

BTW - both Whatsapp & Instagram have reported problems in downloading/uploading images in the last 12 hours - is that your issue ?
