Still no reply from Rose or Karl...its been over 2 weeks now
I messaged Kart T few weeks back but unfortunately Ive not had a reply back. Please see below my message below..
Since we have joined Virgin, we had problems one after the other. Lately our internet has not been great, it drops signal withouyt any reason. My son's bedroom is has poor service from day one. When we were with other provider my son's room internet signal was very good.
We spoke to someone from Virgin internet department and they are saying we can rent their booster for a small fee every month. My question has always been to my wife is why did we leave our previous provider when everything was working fine.
Now Im not willing to pay a month fee for this virgin booster. My question to you is can we leave virgin asap as I'm not happy with the service. I believe we are on a one year contract at present.
