Poor internet connection

Still no reply from Rose or Karl...its been over 2 weeks now

I messaged Kart T few weeks back but unfortunately Ive not had a reply back.  Please see below my message below..

 

Hi Karl

Since we have joined Virgin, we had problems one after the other.  Lately our internet has not been great, it drops signal withouyt any reason.  My son's bedroom is has poor service from day one.  When we were with other provider my son's room internet signal was very good. 

We spoke to someone from Virgin internet department and they are saying we can rent their booster for a small fee every month. My question has always been to my wife is why did we leave our previous provider when everything was working fine. 

Now Im not willing to pay a month fee for this virgin booster.  My question to you is can we leave virgin asap as I'm not happy with the service. I believe we are on a one year contract at present.

Many thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry you have had trouble with your connection. 

 

Rose does not usually work the broadband boards so would not usually be able to help with a broadband issue, and Karl has been out of office so would not have seen your messages. 

 

We do not as a rule reply to unsolicited Private Messages. This is because even if they are people you have spoken to before, we all have specialist areas on the boards.

 

I have taken a look and can see an issue with noise on the line, I have raised this to networks to investigate further and will let you know as soon as I know more.

Just a quick update a fault has been raised ref F006764001 for SNR and FECS. 

 

The current review date is 17 DEC 2018. 

 

Please give this thread a bump closer to the time and we will get an update for you.
