Poor or non existent WiFi coverage downstairs (hub 3 upstairs).
Tried the connect app which won't load downstairs 😞

Sorry to hear of the difficulty using the Connect App in certain area's of your property.
Does the Connect App work when in the same room as the router?

Does it allow you to run the optimisation or advise that booster's/pod's are required and allow you to order them?
From checking the connection and equipment all of the spec's and levels are within the ranges we'd expect to see them.
