It's getting worse it seems. I guess I'll wait to see what happens after Friday, July 26th.
we are sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues. As for the service status page, if it does not show a fault it can mean it is not effecting a wide enough range of customers.
Even thought when I've called VM the first thing I get is a message to say "we are sorry about the ongoing issue affecting the OL2 region", that sounds like a lot of people.
Yes this can sometimes be the case. It can prove to be easier to add an automated message rather than altering our website.
So, Friday 26th, 15:30 has come and gone and the "fix" has made things worse. This is my service over the last three days.
