Hi
I need to get 2 pods as we have 2 very weak spots in our house from the hub 3. How do i do this? And how much does it cost?
Ps any idea when the fault in my area will be fixed? As no Internet speed again!

Pods cost £5 for 3 (you will be given 1 at a time for the £5, every pod after that will be free). As for the fault you can check the service status page here which will say of any faults in your area alongside resolution dates if one is available:

Either via the app if you use the VMConnect app to run WiFi checks, or via the phone with VM 0345 454 1111 or 150 from a Vm landline/Virgin Mobile
