Pod not working

Tuning in

Set up two pods okay but third just won't connect. Have tried all the usual (turning off everything else, restarting hub and pod, calling virgin who've sent the "start" signal twice) but no luck.

Struggling to get through on support so thought I'd try here. Is it just a dodgy pod?

Can I ask regarding the Pod, when was it delivered?

Also is the light still flashing on it?

about a week ago now - I've been trying everything I can think of to get it working since. Yes still flashing.
