Pod not connecting

Hoping someone can help. I recently received the new Hub 4 but my WiFi pod is no longer connecting. It worked fine with my old hub. I've tried to find advice online but the pages just say "plug it in and it will work"

I'm assuming it needs to be reset, does anyone know how to do this? I still have intelligent WiFi as part of my package and I've checked my hub settings and it's definitely not connected. So I'm a bit stumped.
