Pod keeps flashing

On our wavelength

Hi 

Can someone please help without me needing to phone.  I’ve had my Pod for 2 days and it is still flashing white. I’ve tried it in a couple of different locations but it’s still doesn’t work.  Thanks Peter.

See if it has been activated correctly on your account.

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers and also your account number
