Please help poor connection/wifi

Please find the link to the broadband monitor for today.  My connection has dropped in and out all day - I do not use Ethernet connection which I know will make it a little more reliable however surely it should be better than this? Any help or suggestions would be great

Clear signs of oversubscription/utilization in the area:

Notice how it settles in the early hours, when less users are online?

There are 10's of threads with users reporting the same problems.

Have you checked your service status?

Yes checked service status and all fine - I work from home and just disconnected numerous times. Would the logs be helpful as well?

We can already see what the issue is, as I said above.

Ok sorry and as I said I do not have much technical knowledge as you do clearly - what can I do to resolve issue?
