My router seems to be in a perpetual reboot cycle. It's been happening for some weeks now and we're pretty ****** off.
This is what I get when I try to chat online about the issue...
Anyone here able to suggest a fix for the router reboot issue?
Thanks for getting in touch/ welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection.
I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F006163237 for slow speeds at peak times. The current review date is 27 MAR 2019.
It seems you were also affected by fault ref F006731980 for SNR and FECS . This has now been resolved and the connection is looking good from this side.
Please give this thread a bump closer to the time and we will get an update for you.
