Hi,
I've been having connection issues for about a week. I've called a few times but I've just bene told to 'monitor the times my broadband cuts out'.
I looked into by hub portal page and can see that the internet status reads 'partial service (DS only)'
Is this related to my outage? I can't attend conference emails on Zoom and have now missed tow days of work meetings.
Any advice would be really appreciated!
