Parental controls - turn off?

I’ve just set up a new broadband account and the tenants in the property are asking for the parental controls to be turned off. How do I do this have spent corner of time but can’t find any answers.

It is managed from the Virgin Media online account.

Go to Account Settings >> Online Security  >>> Websafe >>>  Child Safe ( Off / On )
