Packet loss since last night

Hi,

We've been experiencing 5%-10% packet loss since last night. I've rebooted the router which has had no noticable impact on this.

From a wired connection:

This is confirmed by BQM:

(brief 100% packet loss is me restarting the router)

Virgin Media fault cheker doesn't show any issues in my area.

Any ideas?

@Zak_M The packet loss issue disappeared throughout the day but has already made a return. This has happened numerous times now - ETA is given, packet loss disappears and then returns later in the day - https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/c64af4b52848ecb6db58b41fd5d8a187ba...

ETA for resolution now shows as 8th September.. we've been having problems since 23rd August..

Thanks for the update njj,

We certainly understand the frustration caused, and can only apologise for the disruption this SNR issue is causing you.

We have checked again this morning and can confirm the date remains as the 8th of September. Unfortunately, as my colleague has advised this date can change at any time due to to the nature and complexity of this fault.

Kind regards Jodi.
