Sorry for our delayed response and to see you have some packet loss. I've checked things this end and can see that there's a known SNR outage in your area. It's estimated to be resolved by 6pm this evening and has been raised under the reference: F010516675

So things are looking good could the lower Frequency for upstream I was on been the problem? or something else that was at fault?

I've looked into the local area, and sadly the outage is still present and is now estimated to be fixed on 10/03/23 at 15:15.
We apologise for the service issues and certainly hope we can meet the time frame that is currently set.

Well My connection look good so maybe its just that one upstream channel I'm no longer on where as I'm locked on just four and others in my area are on five?

Sadly @legacy1, it appears that the outage is still present and is now estimated to be fixed on 14/03/23 at 15:15.
Hopefully we'll be able to meet this current estimated time frame and have your connection working back to the expected standard.

And Packet loss is back started around 9am
And now its stable around 1:40pm 😁
