Packet Loss and latency

Over the past few weeks packet loss has really become an issue. I WFH and log in with PCoIP so the latency is a real issue with huge lag making it frustrating and slow to work. Below is a link to my think broadband monitor.

If I look through previous days of the monitor, the packet loss started on the 1st Aug and has continued to get worse. Can someone take a look and let me know what can be done to resolve this?

Currently, I have no internet. Running the virgin service checker says everything is fine with broadband, issues with TV service. 😭

Hey dms013, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to see you are having connection issues.

I have taken a look from our side and I can see there is a SNR outage lasting until 4th October 2022.

I am sorry about any trouble caused here but whilst this outage is happening you are going to experience some connection issues. Thanks
