Packet Loss On Network

Hi i am having pretty severe packet loss this occurs randomly but I believe this is an issue in my area i speak with other users online with virgin media fiber and they dc and get packet loss at the exact same time i do on the network i have tried all basic troubleshooting checked the hardware and done some tracerts to bbc.co.uk and google etc and there are request time outs i have posted my router stats and my thinkbroad band below i have also called the support number and got it reset twice now and no joy.

Can SOMEONE LOOK AT THIS PLEASE its in the ayrshire location me and others that i  play with online are getting this packet loss as well making the internet unusable...........
