My black booster pod was working fine until I switched it off temporarily at the wall socket. When I try to switch it back on it doesn’t work. No light, no life whatsoever. Can I get a replacement or fix suggestions?

Did you call it in as a fault?  VM will just replace it.

Call it in on the “faults” line - on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate). Use option 2 (faults), dont press any other buttons when offered and you should be in the queue for the next agent.
