Outages / logs

I've got thinkbroadband running a ping monitor to my router (which sits behind my Superhub, which is in modem mode), and it's showing an outage/drop for about 2 hours this morning.

My router also shows similar (although it's logs are less than help with the actual disconnect - eth4 is the port my Superhub is connected to):

[eth4] transition to state [active] 02:33 am 14 Feb 2022
[eth4] transition to state [active] 02:37 am 14 Feb 2022
[eth4] transition to state [active] 02:20 am 15 Feb 2022
[eth4] transition to state [active] 04:23 am 15 Feb 2022

My Superhub logs however, when I checked, are empty....? (entirely blank).
No signal loss/reconnect or reboot I can see...clues?

VM and other internet routing companies usually do network maintenance overnight, but you'll rarely be informed in advance, and usually be unable to attribute blame after the event.

I don't doubt it, but it's rare I see an outage "that long" and typically they have some events on the hub logs.

Virgin Media were performing some work overnight in to the 15th and will be again in tio the 17th
