Outage again

In 10 days, my WiFi has dropped out twice at only 00:15. This lasts for more than an hour, then I get really upset and go to bed after missing half the program I'm trying to watch.

Give me my money back virgin you useless Internet provider.

Losing service at 03:00 is sort of ok, i get that, but at only 00:15?

Have you tried it on a cable connection to see if that drops off at all? 

This sounds like it could be updates going to the hub, however I am happy to run some tests you via a PM.
