Outage - Salisbury

I urgently need some help getting back on line. From about 8am yesterday my e mail went down, router showed just red light and now although green light on...my ssid has disappeared as option on all devices. Second day of lost pay. Salisbury U.K. area

Has the outage has been reported to Customer Support.

Check for known local faults : 0800 561 0061   ( automated service )

Also for area faults :  https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

ASorry to hear you have been experiencing a red light and an SSID issue. We can understand the inconvenience caused. Is the issue still ongoing after the last posting? Have you checked here to see if there is a local fault? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status You can also run tests on the hub there.
