I urgently need some help getting back on line. From about 8am yesterday my e mail went down, router showed just red light and now although green light on...my ssid has disappeared as option on all devices. Second day of lost pay. Salisbury U.K. area

ASorry to hear you have been experiencing a red light and an SSID issue. We can understand the inconvenience caused. Is the issue still ongoing after the last posting?
