Having Major problems with signal, would like to order a pod, app is sending me round in circles, managed to google a number and called, was in a queue for 30 mins and then phone cut off. Just want to speak to someone please? How can I do this? Thanks
If you dont mind waiting for a Mod then they will help and order one for you after you have gone through security in a PM, You can only order one at a time and upto 3.
They are free if you have 1 gig or volt, otherwise they are £5 p/m each.

I'm sorry to hear you've had troubles trying to order out a Wi-Fi pod. We can definitely get this done for you. They do cost £5 per month unless you are on the 1Gig broadband speeds or if you are a VOLT / Oomph customer, then they are free of charge.
