Ordering a 2nd Wifi Pod

Hi,

I've just spent the last week or so on WhatsApp requesting a second Wifi Pod. I was told by the customer service advisor on 13/11/2022 that one had been ordered and would be delivered yesterday (17/11/2022). This didn't happen, so I went back to WhatsApp yesterday/today, only to be given the runaround by the customer advisor of the day.

Could someone contact me to resolve this issue?

Have you tried by logging into My Virgin Media, as per the info below from https://www.virginmedia.com/wifi-max ?

How do I get a second or third WiFi Pod?
 

If you’re not getting download speeds of at least 20Mbps in every room with one WiFi Pod, you can request a second or third by signing in to My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab.

Yes, I've tried that. Hence the WhatsApp conversation.

Quality of service seems to vary wildly depending on who you are currently dealing with.
