Ordering WIFI Pods

I have 1 WIFI Pod but need another. When I contact 150 there doesn't appear to be an option to order another. Suggestions please.

You do have to call in - try options 1,1,4,4 - or a VM person will respond here in a day or two and sort it for you.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Tried phoning early this morning. Hard to understand operator. At the crucial moment the line went silent.

Tried to phone back a short time ago and was told to try again later because all operators were busy.

Customer service is non existent. @#$%

I ordered mine via web chat and got it done within a couple of minutes.  Worth trying that avenue!
