Order a Wifi Pod

I have 2 dropout areas in my house, where the speed falls to below 30Mbps. My contract is for Virgin and O2 sign up and Volt offers up to 3 pods to improve signal, so I believe I am entitled to up to three free WiFi Pods. I have tried to do this, as recommended, via the VM Connect App , which says i may benefit from pods but do not get the option to order. Could someone please sort this out for me?  Thanks Dawn
