Hi,
I've recently had issues with my ethernet cable and WiFi connections from the router to my PC, however WiFi signal is connecting on phones.
PC can find WiFi signal, but then shows No Internet
Router now has a permanent orange light on front
I have already done a power down of the router and a 60 second reset as advised on previous forums, to no avail.
The resounding outcome of this seemed to be that a new router would be required, which would be surprising for myself as I have been with Virgin for less than a year.
Please can someone advise next procedure or to arrange delivery of a new router
