on my virgin WiFi hub it has constant orange light and the internet is working intermittently for emails and social media.
But all of my streaming devices (Alexa, doorbell) say that they are disconnected from the internet and TVs (that stream) aren’t working either.
I have:
- turned it on and off at the wall, unplugged the cable
- checked all cables, switches etc for loose connections
- pressed reset button for 15 seconds
and the orange light is still on.

Thank you. I’ve tried a few times to reboot and reset and I’m still having the streaming issue.
all my devices are on WIFI, none hard wired. It’s strange. I can check emails on my laptop (on wifi), and browse low bearing websites… but can’t stream anything.
