Hi, my WIFI is very intermittent…on all devices we constantly have to come off WIFI then connect again. There is a solid orange light on the hub and VM just keep telling me to reset. I have now done this many times and still no improvements. Also I have been reading on here that it sounds like a dodgy hub and a new hub solves it?? Can somebody please advise?
Thanks,
Graeme

Hi,
Update; VM Engineer came round yesterday to take a look at it, ran a few tests…ended up replacing the hub (which has a white light 😉) and the internet is working perfectly 👌🏻
Many thanks,
Graeme

Hi @gmanbuttons
Good evening and thanks for posting on our community forum, a big warm welcome with this being your first post.
A red light signals that the hubs WiFi may be failing or the Hub is overheating, as for an orange light this is usually just the normal white light which can appear a different colour as the hub may age but this is nothing to be wary of. Are you only experiencing issues via WiFi? How has your connection been via wired, are you still noticing the dropouts if plugged in via an ethernet cable?

Hi Travis,
Thanks for the response. The Internet is working fine when plugged in with ethernet cable, it still seems to freezing a lot tho. As I said in OP, after 30mins I’ll pick up my phone and it’s connected to WIFI but will only start working again after I disconnect and connect back to WIFI.
The signal is also poor when I am on Teams calls for work.
Cheers,
Graeme
