Opted out of Virgin Media WiFi - Still broadcasting SSID

I opted out of this a long time ago (probably around a year ago) but my super hub 2ac still broadcasts a 'Virgin Media' SSID with what looks like a RADIUS username/password needed to authenticate. How to I get this SSID to stop broadcasting? Is the opt out form on the website broken? Thanks

Are you sure it’s you and not your next door neighbour?

You could use modem mode and get your own wireless router that would opt you out VM wifi.

Yes, I'm sure it's mine as the VM SSID MAC address & signal strength are the same as my primary SSID. Others do appear but those are broadcast from devices made by arris and not netgear (manufacturer of the superhub 2ac)

Have you checked the status of your opt in/out in the My Profile section of My Virginmedia?

You can also check in the Virgin Media Connect app Settings:

No powerlines or anything along that line. The only thing that broadcasts wireless networks is the superhub.

That was one of the things I checked first - It is set to opt out (and has been for a long time)...

Turn the hub off, does it stop listing as available in the WiFi list?

Have you pin hole reset the hub yet?
