Got our Virgin installed today, it's working brilliant apart from my sons room, wer getting 200mb and my son whose room is the opposite end of the house upstairs is getting 12mb.
Tried to use the virgin connect app and its not working, so we decided we would get the WiFi pods, but seems Virgin have runout and we can't order them niether.
Anyone know what I can do to fix this plz?

Maximum Ethernet cable length is 100m, nobody in a home gets anywhere new this.

I am sorry for the low speed in that room.
Have you ordered a longer wire as suggested above? We should have Wi-Fi pods in stock shortly, sorry fi they have not got any in stock at the moment.
