One Wifi pod not connecting

Hi,

 

I have one wifi pod that is not connecting to my hub 5. It was working ok with my hub 3 but now it has stopped connecting. Is there a way to send the pods number so a team member can link it to my hub 5?

Hi Billyg051.

Welcome back to the forums and thank you for posting. 

Sorry to see you're having issues connecting your pod. 

Can you please try factory resetting the Hub. Underneath your Hub 5 there is a pin hole, get a pin or paperclip push that down in the hole for 20 seconds and then release. 

Can you also try getting all of the pods in the same room as the Hub and reconnecting them to the hub.

Which lights show up on the pod when you are trying to connect on the pod that is not working?

If you are still having issues after doing the above, we may need to reconnect the Hub and the pods for you on our end.
