I recently had a new broadband router delivered, I boxed up the old one ready to send back. I had another issue and an engineer came out. Anyway, I asked if he could take the old router, which he did. I'm now getting constant emails about returning the old gear. I just want to send a chat or text to say it's already been collected. Of course it's impossible to find out how to do that via the website. Does anyone have a link to share here?
