Office VPN connection

I need to be able to accept a VPN connection for my office login.

I was directed here via the messaging service on the phone app.

Could you please instruct me how to set this up?

Thanks

Gary

Re: Office VPN connection

which hub do you have?, so you want to accept external VPN connection to your home machine?, or VPN to your office external to your property?, are you using a 3rd party router, what operating system you using.. do you know what security method your office uses.

Re: Office VPN connection

It should just work.....things to check are

- Hub firewall settings - try a lower ie less secure setting

- unset this virgin service on your account if set on in this thread here

If all else fails the other solution is to put the Hub in modem mode and use your own router, though you shouldn't have to
