i went into the shop yesterday to fix it as they thought it was something associated with my iPhone, as the process was completed on the 28th August and i have reset everything on my phone and the number on my iPhone was correct. They changed the sim, the person in the shop rang me and it worked! However, i soon got home to find out i still have the problem.
I have looked at other forums and came to the conclusion that there may be something wrong with some porting files from my previous service provider? Is this fixable or should i go back to the shop and cancel my pay monthly whilst i can?
