In that case it suggests to me either something on the PC (BIOS or software) is throttling your speed at 200Mbps or the Hub has a fault with it's Ethernet ports.

I can't recall ever hearing about a faulty Hub limiting Ethernet speeds to 200Mbps, but I suppose it is possible.

Just seen your hub stats and power levels look OK.  The "RCS Partial Service" errors could be an issue, but as @Rachael_F has carried out checks on the VM back end and found nothing they may have been a temporary glitch.

I have also tried 2 laptops and get the same fluctuating speeds. Seems strange how the download speeds fluctuate but the upload remains constant at 37

Oh and  not sure if I mentioned but my wifi is good with speeds over 300??

Well that looks to me like an issue with the Ethernet ports on the Hub.  Hopefully @Rachael_F or one of her colleagues will get back to this thread tomorrow and be able to arrange a new hub for you.

I dont suppose it matters which port I am plugged into on the hub?

It shouldn't, but worth giving them all a try to see if it is just an individual port fault.

So tested all 4 ports this morning with nothing else connected to the HUB. See results below for Download speeds, Upload was constant at 37 on ALL ports:

Port 1 - 78

Port 2 - 98

Port 3 - 121 (now left connected to PC)

Port 4 -106

All test were run in the space of 5 minutes.

Cheers so much for popping back @Nkawecki

 

We do appreciate all the checks you have done - as our VIP @SCA1972 has advised, I think a new Hub would be the way to go; it sounds like there may be an issue with the ports on the Hub as we've checked everything else. 

 

I'll pop you a Private Message so we can go through security and get one booked out for you. 

 

Just look out for the Purple Envelope and pop us a reply when you can.
