No wi-fi

Hi I have been having problems with my wifi since Thuesday and checked my logs. I've tried it many times trying to establish a red green light on but it can't be completed. I need urgent wi-fi !!!!!! Please

Phone them, it can take a week to get a reply from Virgin staff here.

try this if you haven't - a pinhole reset with a twist - as per message 12 - has helped a lot of people this week.

Thank you. This worked for me. First reset didn't work but second one fixed the problem.
