OMG…please help. For the 3rd time in a couple of months or virgin media business broadband has gone down. I have rebooted the modem numerous times. The is no status light and down arrow is flashing. This is so bad when we rely on WiFi for our business. Can anyone suggest anything. The engineer is not available until Tuesday. Thanks.

Unfortunately the VM staff on the board can only deal with residential broadband customers, they have no access to VM business systems. You need to contact VMB.
